We provide therapy and medication management for perinatal mothers and young families. We offer free 30 minute wellness check ins for any prenatal or postpartum family to offer psychoeducation, assess risk factors and mental health, and provide resource management. We also offer donation-based therapy groups for prenatal and postpartum families.

We have a wonderful psychologist from Spain who is Spanish-speaking and also fluent in German and Catalan and speaks beginner Russian, French, and Chinese.
