Home delivered meals. Provides hot, low-cost, nutritional meals to seniors and individuals with disabilities who are homebound.

Lunch is served to area seniors in the dining room of Sunset Meadows 1 Monday through Friday at a cost of $2.50 per meal. Meals on Wheels are delivered to homebound seniors Monday through Friday at a cost of $3.50 per meal. All meals are subsidized by the Moffat County Board of Commissioners.
