The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation uses Counselors to work with students ages 15-24, helping them with pre-employment transition services, like Job Exploration Counseling, Work-Based Learning Experiences, Post-Secondary Counseling, Workplace Readiness Training, and Instruction in Self-Advocacy. Counselors will also do community outreach on behalf of students, reaching out to local businesses to explore whether they'd be interested in offering job shadows, internships, paid work experiences, employment and such, to the youth they are working with. 

Our local DVR Counselor is Colleen Quinn, who works out of Steamboat Springs High School during the school year.
